Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Please contact us at ts2menswear@hotmail.com to inform us of your return within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all original labels intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Underwear, Hosiery, Swimwear, and Gift vouchers. In addition please note any items instructed for tailoring adjustments will not be accepted for a return.
Our policy lasts 14 days, we regret we can't refund or exchange outside of this period.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We accept return item(s) in store, you will be issued a receipt for your return by a member of staff in the store. A refund will be processed by the e-commerce team. A confirmation of your refund will be emailed to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your request for an exchange. Please contact us via email detailing your exchange request.
We accept exchanges for online purchases in store. Please note the exchange will be required to have the same or higher value. If the exchange is for an item of a lower value a member of staff in the store will issue a receipt for your return and part exchange. The remaining balance will be refunded by the e-commerce team. A confirmation of this part exchange/refund will be emailed to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will exchange your item(s) at no further charge for delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary, as soon as your item(s) is received we aim to process your return with 3 working days.
Using a signed for service is recommended for all returns with trackable shipping and some insurance to cover you for any loss or damage. The cost of postage for returning any item(s) is that of the buyer for any items deemed not faulty.
