We offer an in-house alterations service in our store (Northampton, UK). So whether your jeans need shortening or your suit needs adjusting we are here to ensure your purchase is right and ready for you.
Our alterations service is free on all purchases from ourselves.
We do also offer our alteration service for any items not purchased from us, at a charge (for more details please contact us on 01604 603844).
To receive your order in time for Christmas please place your order before 4pm on Thursday 22 December 2012 if you are a resident of the UK. For international orders please contact customer services to confirm the date which orders are to be received by to ensure delivery before Christmas
We have extended our Returns Policy so that items purchased for Christmas Gifts may be returned for a refund or exchange up until 09 January 2013. Please note if an item is not suitable we kindly request you contact us at your earliest opportunity to obtain a returns authorisation number. Items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. They must also be free of any marks or fragrance.
